Account Deletion Instructions
We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Kirayedar account and all associated personal data, you can do so directly within our mobile application or by submitting a request to our support team.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is through the Kirayedar mobile app:
- Open the Kirayedar App on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab (User icon).
- Scroll down to the Settings section.
- Tap Privacy Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm in the dialog.
On the website, you can also request deletion via email (Method 2 below). See Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Note: This action is immediate and irreversible. All your personal data, reviews, posts, and saved properties will be permanently removed from our active database.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your Kirayedar account.

What data is deleted?
- Your user profile (Name, Email, Phone, Avatar)
- Your authentication credentials
- Your property listings and flatmate posts
- Your posted reviews and ratings
- Your tenancy history verification data
- Any saved properties or interests
